In that overview  landscape conditions of the allocation of Gomel region settling system are inspected, as well as its structural features. Absolutely  determind, that  settling system of the region covers 8 ( eight) lanscape types. About 65 % of urban settlements are fully or partly situated in lowland. Than larger  the settlement is, than its landscape conditions are various. More than a half of rural population live in midland lanscape conditions. Actually, most of lowland settlements (40 % of all settlements) have maximum people subsidence, relating with worse radioactive, ecological situation and huge spring  floods.
